Getting Started
The basics of launching your platform.
Who is Satjana for?
Anyone who wants to teach, share knowledge, or build a content platform. Educators building courses, coaches delivering training, wellness teachers sharing practices, corporate teams running onboarding, communities organizing resources, YouTubers and podcasters consolidating their work, musicians showcasing their art. If you want your own branded platform, Satjana is for you.
How quickly can I launch?
Your platform goes live in minutes. Pick a satjana.com subdomain, customize your branding, upload content or paste embed links, and share it with your audience. SSL is handled automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 20 content items, 10 users, and 1 GB of storage. Upgrade when you need more room to grow.
What plans are available?
We offer tiered plans that scale with your needs — from a free plan for getting started, to Starter, Growth, and Scale plans with increasing content, user, and storage limits. See our pricing page for full details.
Embeds & Integrations
Bring your content from other platforms.
Can I embed my YouTube channel?
Yes. Connect your YouTube channel and Satjana imports your videos, thumbnails, metadata, and transcripts automatically. Your entire video library becomes searchable and AI-ready without any manual work.
Can I embed Spotify playlists?
Yes. Embed Spotify tracks, albums, playlists, shows, and episodes. Just paste the Spotify URL — we auto-detect it and create a playable embed with artist and album metadata.
What about Twitch and SoundCloud?
Both supported. Embed Twitch VODs and clips, or SoundCloud tracks and playlists. Paste the URL, and we handle the rest — provider detection, metadata extraction, and embed creation.
Can I embed content from other platforms too?
Yes. Beyond our five natively supported platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Twitch, SoundCloud, Vimeo), you can embed any content that supports iframes or oEmbed. Custom embed URLs are fully supported.
Courses & Learning
A complete course system under your brand.
Can I build full courses?
Yes. Satjana includes a complete learning management system. Create courses with modules and lessons using any content type — video, audio, articles, quizzes, embeds, or a mix. Add prerequisites, learning outcomes, instructor info, and certificates.
Can I track student progress?
Yes. Learners see their progress through each course — completed lessons, quiz results, and where they left off. Admins see enrollment counts, completion rates, and engagement metrics in the analytics dashboard.
What enrollment options are available?
Four types: open enrollment (anyone can join), admin-only (you enroll people manually), invite-only, or paid. You can also restrict access by user role or department.
Can AI help me build courses?
Yes. AI can draft course outlines, suggest module structures, and help organize your content into a structured, multi-module course with lessons and quizzes — ready for you to review and refine. You can also use AI to draft individual lessons, articles, and quiz questions from your existing transcripts.

What content types can I host?
Eight types: audio, video, articles, courses (with modules, lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking), standalone quizzes, images, embeds (from YouTube, Spotify, Twitch, SoundCloud, Vimeo), and offerings. Upload your own, embed from other platforms, or use AI to help you draft and structure content.
What AI features are available?
Semantic search that understands meaning, AI chat grounded in your content, AI assistance for drafting and structuring content, auto-generated transcripts and descriptions, smart recommendations, AI narration for your content, AI thumbnails, and customizable AI persona per platform.
Do I get transcripts for my videos?
Yes. Video and audio transcripts are generated automatically. AI can then draft descriptions, summaries, and structured learning outlines from your transcripts.
Can my audience chat with my content?
Yes. AI chat lets your audience ask questions and get answers grounded in YOUR actual content. Each platform gets a customizable AI persona.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Every platform starts with a yourname.satjana.com subdomain. Custom domains (yourbrand.com) are available on higher-tier plans. Both options are fully branded with your logo and colors.
Admin & Management

What admin tools are included?
A full dashboard with analytics (engagement, content, courses, AI ROI), content editor, site customizer (branding, navigation, footer, banners), page builder, course template builder, user and role management, feedback management, content submission and approval workflow, setup wizard, and storage management.
Can my community contribute content?
Yes. Users with the Creator role can submit content (audio, video, embeds) through a public submission form. Admins review and approve submissions before they go live. You control the entire workflow.
What user roles are available?
Four roles: User (view and engage), Creator (submit content), Admin (full platform management), and Super Admin (platform-wide oversight). Each role sees only what they should.
Trust & Ownership
Your data, your rules.
Who owns my content and data?
You do. Your content, your users, your data. We are the platform infrastructure. What you build on it is entirely yours.
Is my data isolated from other platforms?
Completely. Every platform on Satjana is a separate, walled-off space. Your content, your users, your search index, and your chat history are invisible to every other platform. Isolation is enforced at every layer.
Can I migrate existing content?
Yes. Upload videos, audio files, articles, and images through the admin dashboard. Import YouTube channels with one click. We support common formats and can assist with bulk imports from YouTube, Google Drive, or other sources.
